We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. Information Gathering and Usage
When you register with Nudge we may ask for information such as your name, company name and email address. We will also as you to create a username and a password. We will store all of this information. We will not collect your credit card information (but our payment processor will collect your credit card information and that information is subject to our payment processor’s terms, conditions and privacy policies). We use collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research. We do not share your personal information with third parties, unless explicitly approved by you. We reserve the right to aggregate and redistribute data entered on the Website in accordance with our Terms of Service located at www.nudgeyourself.com. The aggregated data we redistribute will never contain or be attached to personal consumer information of any kind.
Cookies
A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a web site’s computers and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies are required in order for you to use Nudge products or services. We use cookies to record current session information, but do not require permanent cookies.
User Account and Data Privacy
· Each organization subscribing for the Website and the Services will have access to an “Admin Account” through which a person designated by the organization may manage competitions, communicate with users, and monitor aggregated data produced by the collective usage of those within the organization. No data visible on the Admin Account is attached to any individual user account. Only certain types of data are presented to the Admin Account and only in aggregated form for the entire organization or in aggregated form for each team of users. It is the responsibility of each individual user to protect the privacy of all personal information entered on the Website by never sharing individual account information, usernames or passwords with other individuals.
· The only user data that can be identified with individual user accounts on the Website is the single most recent activity recorded. This data is visible to all individual users via the “Recent” panel of the sidebar on the “Dashboard” page. Most recent activity data is also visible to the teammates of each user via the “Team” page beneath the “Stats” graph. No other individual data is visible to other users at any time.
· At no time will Nudge or any employee of Nudge share, sell or otherwise distribute individual user data or personal information that can be reasonably identified with a specific user account without the prior consent of the individual user. We may choose to aggregate and redistribute data without providing information identifying specific subscribing organizations, companies or individual users without prior consent.
Use of Contact Information.
We may use your email address to send you information about our Services or to market to you. You may unsubscribe from these messages by following the instructions contained within the messages or the instructions on the Website. If you email us with a request or question, we may keep your message, email address and contact information to respond to your request.
No Public Sharing of Your Data.
We do not allow the public to see your personal information.
Data Storage
We use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our services. Although we own the code, databases, and all rights to the Website, you retain all rights to your data.
