Nudge is announcing the addition of user rewards from HelloFresh to Nudge Perks. Perks will be launching in a few weeks and with the excitement building in the Nudge camp over unleashing another value-add on users, another great brand has joined the fray. For those who might not be acquainted with HelloFresh, they offer a subscription service sending ready-to-cook dinner kits right to your door.
How It Works
The weekly boxes consist of pre-measured farm-fresh ingredients and beautifully photographed, easy-to-follow recipe cards, so that you can cook a delicious, nutritious meal in your own home. When you subscribe, HelloFresh delivers your recipes and ingredients every Wednesday. Recipes typically take under 30 minutes, so all you'll need is a pot and a pan and you're ready to make dinner!
Why HelloFresh
From the Nudge perspective, this seems exactly the type of brand that would add value to an audience of avid health-tracking early adopters. And while HelloFresh does have its competitors, they clearly offer the most natural fit for Nudge users through points of differentiation like the involvement of nutritionists working with their chefs on recipes, and the inclusion of lower calorie options than competing services offer.
It's clear that the audience alignment is there, and Nudge's co-founders are hopeful but confident that piloting their new email Perks system, and co-promoting content with great brands like this will help produce higher than standard conversion rates, and show Nudge Perks to be a great investment for growing health-focussed brands in 2014.

Nudge Users: Privacy + Perks
Nudge Perks will initially be sent out via monthly email. Users may receive different Perks based on a combination of factors including (1) their Nudge Factor, Nudge's proprietary healthy living score, (2) their location, some offers are not available everywhere, and (3) Club membership, which allows Nudge to tailor offers based on user interests.
Nudge does not share any individual user data with third parties. Distribution and targeting of Perks is orchestrated and carried out entirely by the Nudge Team based on the client's goals and preferences.
